* 之前属于一对一辅导的类型，由于导师不在科大，学生有问题可以随时发邮件给他，约一个时间进行线上讨论，不过现在开始定期一周一次组会了
* 遇到问题的时候，老师会非常及时地回复邮件，或者安排有经验的博后去指导学生
* 如果实在很忙没回邮件的话，多催几次就好啦hhh
* 态度温和，循循善诱，非常有亲和力，不仅指导科研，也会指导学生一些处事方式
* 不强求读博士，可自由选择
* 不会延迟毕业
* 唯一的缺点可能就是导师不在校内，不能时常见到，但老师也会定期来科大，科大的同学也随时可以去武汉找老师当面讨论（报销住宿，还有补助），而且组内大家毕业都很顺利，文章也都在发，所以个人感觉其实影响也不大啦
* “学生每周都有找导师讨论的权利，不用觉得难为情，或者因为没有什么结果就不好意思，越是有困难的时候越要找导师”
* 不会责备学生，总是鼓励和支持学生的想法和工作
## 对博士生的要求
* 最好有两篇文章，或者一篇发表，一篇已经准备好这样的状态
* 对学生没有办公时长的硬性要求，属于“任务导向型”，定期交工作报告，约老师讨论工作即可
* 对于长时间不联系导师的学生，也会关注动向
* 一般不占用学生的双休日或者节假日进行工作讨论，除非有特殊情况，但也会提前征求大家意见
* 通常硕博连读五年可毕业，有些同学自愿多读一年也是可以的
## 经费和支持
* 对于外出学习等都会有经费
* 非常支持学生参加各种学术会议，与其他老师交流合作
* 一般来说，可以参加国内的所有相关学术会议，博士生平均有一次参加国际会议的机会（如果没有疫情的话）
* 工资在科大算中等水平，没有特别多，但也不少，硕士1600-1800，博士2800-3000的水平
## 科研
* 专业素质过硬，做科研非常厉害，为人和善，发表过Nature，Science，EPSL，GRL等期刊的文章，共计190篇左右
* 学生可以自由选择课题，或者从导师提出的课题中去选择，遇到不合适的课题可以更换，自由度较高
* 学生的文章，第一作者是学生，老师当第二作者或者通讯作者

* 实验室氛围轻松愉快，大家可以相对自由的安排自己的时间，做一些自己喜欢的事情，当然科研任务也要好好完成~
