## Advisor Style & Mentorship She's as hands on as the students need her to be and is always willing to connect students to other researchers she knows. Helps her students create a healthy network before graduating.
## Expectations for PhD Students Exoectations are on a case by case basis and she's always willing to accommodate special needs/goals individual students might have.

## Research She develops research plans along her students and looks for funding and RAships based on the student's projects and interests.
## Lab Culture Pretty diverse and social group, there's always snacks, baked goods and candy in the office.
