学术水平：没法过什么太好的文章。搞了点骆驼样本找人分析数据最后发了一篇NC，就靠这个吹一辈子。
科研经费：比较抠，即使有经费。
学生补助：没多给。
师生关系：脾气大，心眼儿小。
，不太好相处。
工作时间：比较累。主要是自己没啥想法。
学生前途：喜欢画大饼。自己有个公司，但是给的很一般，有能力的学生不愿意去。
学术水平：客观的说，孟老师在国内家禽做的很不错，主要领域为肠道微生物和动物基因组，文章产出很高。交大的主页可能没有更新，我在这里贴一下（16年-18年），NC为12年发表，并非一楼所说，什么找人分析分析数据就能发表。
科研经费：经费充足
学生补助：老师的补助在农生院为较高水平，现在博士生是2000一月
